How do I access my tickets?

Your tickets will be available in your account and email after purchasing. On the website, click the menu in the top right and select "My Passport" to access them. In the riffs app, you can find your tickets by tapping the Passport button at the bottom.

What is RIFFSPASS?

RIFFSPASS is the ultimate experience with in-person show access and unlimited replays for a year. It offers:

How do I access my RIFFSPASS?

 Click the menu on top right hand corner, select “My Passport” and “Past Events”
. You can relive the best moments of a concert anytime, anywhere.

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

 Refund policies vary depending on the event. Please check the event details for specific refund information or contact our support team for assistance.

How to transfer ticket to my friends?

If you bought extra tickets, have your friends create their own Riffs account. Then, on the event page, scroll down to the "Transfer Ticket" section and enter your friend's email to instantly transfer the ticket to them.

Can I share event details with my friends?

Yes, you can easily share event details with your friends via social media and messaging apps directly from the Riffs app.
